Join us in Jamaica December 3-9, 2025

This retreat includes 6 days and 5 nights at our accommodations in Negril. You are welcome to extend your trip if you have other accommodations on the island.

We will have access to an entire castle in Negril, including dining space, an infinity pool, multiple balconies, and your private room. Most rooms come with a King bed, and there is one room with a Queen bed. You are welcome to have your room to yourself or to share with one other person. If you choose to share your room, please indicate on your survey whom you will be sharing with. Each roommate is required to submit a deposit to hold your room.

A deposit of $500 is required for all rooming options. This deposit will go towards your overall retreat cost. The reminder of your balance is due no later than 7/1/2025.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid will be refunded. Please also consider: all itineraries are subject to change due to weather, excursions and delays.

Transportation to and from the airport as well as transportation to all excursions will be included.

All meals while at the castle will be included. There will be some meals that we will be off-site due to excursions, so you will need to purchase these on your own.

Excursions are included in the price of this retreat. They will include a visit to Dunns River, a swim in a luminous lagoon, and river rafting, including the famous clay massages.

While we would love for everyone to participate in all excursions, you can opt out, however, this will not change the price of the retreat.

Wellness sessions will be provided onsite at our castle by our trained and certified facilitators. You will be provided a schedule of wellness sessions upon arrival to the retreat house.

These sessions will be centered around running, including, yoga for runners, cross-training, and injury prevention. They will be a great way for you learn more about running and who you are as a runner, as well as to taper for race day!

Whether this is your first international running event, or you're a globetrotter, we hope you participate in the Reggae Run Fest! This race offers a 5k, 10k, and half marathon option. Choose any of them, or choose to cheer for your retreat-mates! We'll all travel (very early) to the race together, get our run on, and then let loose at the after party!
